IQRADEEN.CO.IN (legally operated solely by Pankaj Kumar from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh) specializes exclusively in the distribution of intangible, originally authored digital knowledge assets. This includes downloadable PDF books, digital blueprints, and strategic mentorship.
Due to the intrinsic nature of digital files—which are easily duplicable, instantly consumable, and cannot be physically "returned" or "unseen" once accessed—traditional retail return policies are technologically and legally impossible to implement.
Therefore, I enforce a strict, uncompromising No-Refund Policy across all digital products. By completing a purchase on this platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that all sales of digital products are absolute and final. The moment the automated server provisions your download link, the intellectual property has been irrevocably transferred to your possession.
02. Explicitly Excluded Grounds
As an independent author, I do not issue refunds, partial credits, or product exchanges under any of the following subjective or user-error circumstances:
- Buyer's Remorse: A simple "change of mind" or accidental purchase after the transaction has been completed and the file dispatched.
- Subjective Dissatisfaction: Disagreement with the content, methodology, layout, or stylistic choices of my written material.
- Failure to Read Synopsis: Purchasing an asset without thoroughly reading the provided synopsis, technical requirements, and curriculum outline provided on the product page.
- Lack of Execution: I provide the strategic blueprints; the execution and subsequent financial or operational results are entirely your responsibility.
03. Consulting & Mentorship Cancellations
For services requiring my direct, real-time dedication, such as the "1-Year Strategic Mentorship," your payment reserves an exclusive block of my operational bandwidth. Cancellations resulting in a refund are strictly prohibited. The engagement constitutes a binding agreement of my time and intellectual resources.
04. Strict Anti-Chargeback & Fraud Protocol
My platform utilizes advanced gateway tracking. We log all IP addresses, timestamped automated delivery receipts, and digital access/download logs. Any attempt to bypass this clear, agreed-upon policy by filing a fraudulent dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider will be classified as friendly fraud.
I will submit all delivery logs, IP tracing, and GST billing timestamps to your financial institution (and relevant authorities if necessary) to aggressively contest and win the dispute. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback will result in a permanent, irreversible ban from accessing any current or future IQRADEEN.CO.IN materials.
