By accessing my platform, browsing the catalog, engaging with the content, or purchasing any digital books, bundles, or consulting services, you ("Reader," "Customer") voluntarily enter into a legally binding contract to abide by these comprehensive Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, your sole and absolute recourse is to immediately cease use of this platform.

All text, blueprints, PDF books, graphics, visual interfaces, and underlying methodologies (collectively, "Content") are exclusively owned by Pankaj Kumar. 03. Strict Licensing Constraints
- The Standard License Grant Upon successful purchase, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited personal license to download, access, and view the material strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
- Explicit Prohibitions You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, republishing, translating, or transmitting my books to any other medium for public consumption. Sharing your secure download links or PDF files with third parties outside your immediate household is strictly forbidden. I do not grant Private Label Rights (PLR) or reseller licenses for my authored works. Unauthorized piracy or redistribution will result in swift legal action to pursue statutory damages.
04. Pricing, GST, and Payments
All prices displayed on IQRADEEN.CO.IN are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are explicitly inclusive of 18% GST to ensure absolute compliance with Government of India tax regulations regarding digital services (OIDAD).
Payments are processed securely via highly encrypted, RBI-compliant third-party gateways (Cashfree/Razorpay). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions to ensure proper digital fulfillment and tax invoicing.
05. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms, the use of the platform, or the purchase of digital assets shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of jurisdiction located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using this platform, you waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
